Terms of Wholesale Service

This website is for business-to-business wholesale inquiries only. Product prices shown publicly are 10+ wholesale reference prices and do not include freight, taxes, duties, insurance or customs clearance unless specifically stated in a quotation.

Minimum order quantity is normally 10 units per SKU. Product-specific MOQ, stock availability, volume pricing and customization requirements must be confirmed in writing.

Trade terms may include FOB, CIF or DDP. Shipping cost and lead time are quoted separately based on packing volume, weight, destination and selected trade term.

Payments are arranged through Alibaba International or Payoneer. Orders are processed after payment confirmation and final commercial details are agreed by both parties.

Sample orders, OEM, ODM, private label and custom packaging are supported subject to product feasibility and MOQ. Dropshipping is not supported in the first version.
